2.1 We offer 2 option of,

2.2 We provide 100% money back guarantee for all items within 7 days of receiving it. Given that the item(s) must be in its’ original
packaging, good condition and unused condition.

2.4 We will response to your email within 2 business days. The item must be returned within 7 days upon our confirmation. If buyer fail
to do so, MORRISTA has rights to withdraw the offer of refund.
2.5 Return Shipping Fees
2.5.1 The return shipping fees is to be paid by the buyer. Morrista shall NOT bear for the replacement product postage.
2.6 Return Products Fees
2.6.1 Return product is subject to stock availability. If the stock is not available at that time, buyer has option to replace other product
and buyer shall pay for the price balance, and confirm back to seller as stated policy in payment page. Please read further for details.
(For example, return item priced at RM20, replaced item priced at RM30, buyer shall pay for the addition RM10 to Origin Bulk Store
before item ship out.)
2.7 For Refund
2.7.1 Buyer will receive the refund payment once we received the returned item(s) and confirmed the item(s) qualified as stated in
Return Policy condition.
2.7.2 Once the returned item(s) is qualified, Origin Bulk Store shall make full refund to buyer within 3 business days;
